"Judging from a sign outside, I think this place is going to be going by a new name soon, but today it is "Shake Shop." I was told the tune-up I got would take about a week, and about a week and a half later my guitar was ready. I've had this instrument for more than a decade and I was delighted to see how well it came out. The fretboard looked and felt better than it has in a long time, the action on the strings was set at a great level for me, and the intonation is dead-on according to my tuners at home. The guy (I forget his name) let me plug into an amp and fiddle around for a minute, and offered to make any tweaks I wanted done, which I thought was really nice of him. This shop has simple, clear customer service and the price I paid for the service was incredibly fair. I'll be coming back here next time I need some work done. Skip the big box place and bring your guitar here."
